Cancellation Policy

Block bookings are for consecutive weeks. Classes cannot be carried over. Camilla is unable to refund any missed classes within the block booking. Once you have purchased a block of classes or a single drop in class, you may cancel up to 24 hours in advance and receive a full refund by text or Whatsapp to Camilla on +447800 782490 (please do not email as Camilla may not see the email in time). Unfortunately Camilla is unable to offer refunds for cancelled classes any later than 24 hours. Refunds will usually take around 7 days to appear in your account.
