Are the classes live or recorded?You can join the classes live via zoom every Wednesday from 6pm - 7pm GMT. The zoom link will be emailed to you after you've booked the course. Save the link to use for the following 5 weeks if you want to continue joining live. I will send an email reminder out a day before. If you can't make it live, a recording of the zoom class will be sent to you 24 hours afterwards so you can practice in your own time. If you can't make the 6 classes live, you can purchase the course as a set of 6 recorded videos. Simply purchase the course and the video will be sent to you each week on a Thursday. You can choose to practice them weekly before the next video gets sent out the following Thursday, or practice whenever. The recorded videos can be watched and practiced by streaming them or you can download them to your device, meaning you have lifetime access to them!

When do the live classes start?The first one starts on Wednesday 15th February 2023 from 6pm - 7pm GMT and thereafter every Wednesday same time with the last one on Wednesday 22nd March. Log in to the class will be 10 minutes before so you have time to get settled and position your device so you can see me. We will also have a brief check in and answer any questions.

I may not be able to join all the live zoom classes. Can I still do the course?Yes! There will be a replay of the class available 24 hours after the live class. I will email you the link so you can stream or download the class to practice in your own time. If you are intending to join most of the 6 live classes, I would suggest practicing it before the new one comes out the following week so you can stay consistent. If you download the class to your device, you have it for life.

I don't want to join the classes live on zoom - can I still practice the lessons?Yes of course! Simply purchase the course and recording of the class will be sent to you each week on a Thursday to stream or download. You can practice weekly or save the classes to practice anytime. You will have lifetime access to the course if you download the zoom recordings to your device.

I have never practiced yoga before. Will this course be suitable for me?Yes absolutely! The practices are slow and mindful so you have time to adjust and feel what is right for your own body. There are no crazy yoga poses in this course! I will be explaining them clearly with modifications.

I practice yoga pretty regularly - what will I gain from this course?Mobility Ease and Flow contains gentle movements that involve rocking and pulsing. You may find this helps with releasing tension and could be a new way of practicing for you if you are used to practicing traditional yoga. You may be familiar with some of the practices but what has attracted you to this course is that it's slow pace, mindful and gentle with time to unwind and de-stress.

I have some injuries - is it okay for me to join?Due to the lessons being group online classes, my ability to see you is sometimes not as good as in person classes, therefore if you have any major injuries this course won't be suitable for you and it would best to have a private 1:2:1 session. If you have some minor injuries or health issues you are welcome to join as long as you have had the all clear from your health practitioner. I am pregnant or have just given birth - can I join?No this course isn't tailored for pregnancy or post pregnancy. If you are pregnant I would recommend trying a specific pregnancy class. This will be tailored to your body's needs as you are going through your pregnancy and the modifications that need to be made. Recommendations for postpartum vary from 6-8 weeks or more depending on your body and the birth. It would be best to seek a specific post-partum yoga class that can offer modifications so you can practice safely.

What equipment do I need?Yoga Mat 2 x Yoga blocks or fairly lightweight books as an alternative Yoga belt or exercise band or dressing gown tie Cushions to hand Optional blanket for the lying relaxation at the end

What is the refund policy?Refunds can be offered 24 hours after you purchase giving you sufficient time to decide if the course is for you. Due to the digital nature of the content, once that deadline has passed, no refunds will be available.
