Experience the power of practicing in a group community class

at Old Boat Community Centre, Carden Avenue, Hollingbury


 

6 x Consecutive Classes £66

Join Camilla for 6 weekly classes learning the foundations of yoga

Included: 

*Beginners yoga postures and mindful movement practices

*Calming breathwork and  yogic relaxation techniques

*Basic yoga philosophy applied to practice

*Clear guidance and 1-2-1 attention in a supportive environment.

Bring your own mat and blanket.

After the initial 6 weeks there will be a short break. The classes will then continue regularly in 6 weekly blocks.

Payment is via bank transfer. Details will be given upon registration.

Confirmation of booking will sent upon receiving payment.
