Mondays 6.15 - 7.30pm at The Old Boat Community Centre, Carden Avenue, Hollingbury 

Payment is via bank transfer. Details will be given upon booking. 

Bring your own yoga mat, small cushion and a blanket.

 

Free parking outside.
