A space to slow down and connect with yourself
Yoga with Camilla blends traditional Hatha yoga with mindful movement combining postures, slow flowing sequences and restorative practices to support both body and mind.
With a focus on breath, relaxed awareness, alignment, and moving in a way that feels right for your body, you'll be encouraged to practise with curiosity and an introspective gaze rather than striving for perfection. Each class offers a balance of strengthening movement and restorative rest, helping you cultivate both resilience and ease.
Designed to gently build strength, improve mobility and flexibility, and release stress and tension held in the body and mind, each class explores yogic practices, and deep relaxation to help regulate your nervous system and support your wellbeing beyond the yoga mat.
Whether you're taking your very first yoga class or have years of experience, you'll be welcomed into a supportive space where you can move at your own pace, deepen your connection to yourself, and enjoy the benefits of yoga in a way that feels sustainable and accessible.
''I would highly recommend her classes to anybody, regardless of age and abilities. The benefits are immediate and long lasting if practiced regularly.''

Hi I'm Camilla
I’ve been practising yoga since 1997 and teaching for over 16 years. My teaching journey began in 2008 after qualifying in Hatha Yoga with the Friends of Yoga Society. Since then, I’ve continued to deepen my knowledge through further teacher trainings, including Kundalini Yoga by Yogi Bhajan 200hr and a 500-hour Vajrasati Hatha Yoga training in Brighton. I am a Senior Yoga Teacher.
Yoga has had a profound impact on my own life, and I’m passionate about sharing practices that support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. I love seeing students grow in confidence, move with greater ease, and discover the lasting benefits that yoga can bring.
My approach is centred on mindful movement rather than striving for the "perfect" pose. I encourage you to listen to your body with curiosity and compassion, moving in a way that feels right for you.
Through clear, safe guidance, you'll develop greater strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, and body awareness, while cultivating a calmer, more settled mind.
Creating a welcoming and inclusive space is at the heart of my teaching. I offer accessible options throughout each class so you can practise in a way that suits your body and experience.
Whether you're completely new to yoga or have been practising for years, you can expect to feel supported, gently challenged, and encouraged in a friendly, non-competitive environment.
