Arriving for Class and What to Bring

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the class begins to allow time to settle in.

The hall doors will open 10 minutes before the start of class. Unfortunately, for security reasons, late entry is not possible once the class has started.

Monday's Old Boat Community Centre - Class is held in the main sports hall. The centre itself will be closed. Please wait outside the big black doors at the front of the building and Camilla will let you in.  Free parking is directly outside.

Wednesdays Balfour School - Class is held in Key Stage 1 School. Free parking is in the Primary School area. Please walk up the main footpath on the road and you will find the Key Stage 1 School in the next building along. Upon arrival at the gates ring the bell, Camilla will let you in. If the gates are open, please come straight in.

What to bring: Yoga mat (not a pilates mat as they are too soft for yoga), small cushion and blanket.

It is best not to have eaten a large meal before hand, 2-4 hours prior is best. A small snack such as a piece of fruit is okay.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement.

During class: please switch your mobile phone off or place it on silent for the duration of the class, unless you are expecting an emergency call.
