''Firstly I love the pace of your classes because I have been to many different yoga classes over the years and I have felt either that I’m spending half an hour in one pose or its all happening too fast and I don’t even get to settle into a pose before I am rushed to another.

You allow us to get settled into the pose but encourage us to flow not only in the pose but through the session.

I really love your classes Camilla, I think you are a great teacher. You vary the exercises, you encourage us to adapt them to suit ourselves within the realms of the posture, you watch to make sure we understand what you are asking us to do and you congratulate us when you see improvement.''
