This program contains 3 x 20 minute yoga practices that are easy to fit into your morning. Using a unique fusion of tai-chi inspired fluid movement, moving meditation and mindful yoga poses, each practice helps you gently mobilize, open and strengthen your body, leaving you feeling completely energized, awake, calm and positive.
Each practice ends with a short seated meditation using breath sensing, affirmations and hand mudras to help release stress and leave you feeling calm and centred, ready for the day ahead.
Mindful accessible and slow moving practices that are suitable for all levels with modifications given.
