Release stress and tension with this simple guided 10 minute yoga nidra relaxation.

 

This can be practiced any time of the day however best done in a quite place where will not be disturbed.

 

Lye down on your back on a mat using props such as a yoga bolster under the back of the knees and a folded blanket or cushion under the head or lye down on your bed.  

 

Cover yourself with a blanket to ensure that you are warm. 

 

Dim the lighting and turn off any devices to avoid distraction.

 

Do not practice when you are driving or operating machinery.

 

Mp3 can be downloaded onto your phone or pc for an anytime listen.
